You don’t have to be a runner to be part of the St. Pete Run Fest! Join us as a volunteer – it’s a great way to meet new people, and share your love for our great city. There are a variety of positions available.
Check-in race participants, giving them their bib/chip and shirt.
Assist the volunteer coordinator checking-in volunteers and handing out volunteer shirts.
Assist the expo coordinator with expo setup, booth location, and vendor needs.
Prepare aid stations to give participants water/snacks along the run course, and cheer them on. If you are part of a school, church, civic, or business group, this is a great way to volunteer together and show your spirit. There are 10 aid stations.
Direct participants at turns along the course, and cheer them on.
Prepare the finish line for participants, and hand out medals after they cross the finish. Direct participants to the festival after they finish.
Assist our staff with set-up before the event, and takedown after the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers must be at least 14 years old. Children under 14 may help at Hydration Stations as long as they are accompanied by, and supervised by an adult.
If you are part of a school, church, or non-profit group, contact email@example.com to find out how you can bring volunteers to the event and receive a donation for your group.
