So you’ve registered to race – that’s fantastic! Now, to be “official” on the course, you’ll need your run bib with B-tag timing chip (rogue runners without a bib/chip will be removed from the course, and may be barred from future races). WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PICK UP YOUR OWN PACKET
If you are unable to pick up your own packet, you can have someone else pick up your packet, however they will need to bring these TWO things: a copy of your photo ID, and a printed/signed copy of the Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form (fill in your pre-assigned bib # at the top of the form). Your bib will not be released to another person unless BOTH items are brought to packet pick-up – NO EXCEPTIONS.    **If you are picking up for someone else please know know their pre-assigned bib# so that you can be directed to the correct line.**  PLEASE NOTE:  If you are a parent picking up for a child under 16, then you do not need the authorization form or their ID.

Tips for wearing your B-Tag

  • Pin it to the FRONT of your shirt
  • Use safety pins at ALL FOUR CORNERS to keep it flat
  • Do not cover it with belts, jackets, wookie costumes, etc.
