So you’ve registered to race – that’s fantastic! Now, to be “official” on the course, you’ll need your run bib with B-tag timing chip (rogue runners without a bib/chip will be removed from the course and given ten lashes with a wet noodle). And since you’re so awesome, we’ll also give you a snazzy, custom-designed shirt. Here’s the low-down on when and where you can pick up all of this important stuff…
Packet Pickup Schedule
Friday, November 16, 2018 – Mahaffey Theater
3-6pm (all events) – Ballroom
Saturday, November 17, 2018 – Mahaffey Theater
6:00am-7:45am (5K ONLY) – Collonade (outside)
9am-10:15am (PeliKids ONLY) – Bottom grass step near Bayshore Dr. (outside)
10am-4pm (10K & Half Marathon) – Ballroom
**There is no packet pick-up Sunday morning**
WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PICK UP YOUR OWN PACKET
If you are unable to pick up your own packet, you can have someone else pick up your packet, however they will need to bring these THREE things: a copy of your photo ID, your printed/signed Athlete Waiver, and a printed/signed copy of the Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form. Your bib will not be released to another person unless ALL THREE of these items are brought to packet pick-up – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tips for wearing your B-Tag
- Pin it to the FRONT of your shirt
- Use safety pins at ALL FOUR CORNERS to keep it flat
- Do not cover it with belts, jackets, wookie costumes, etc.
