- Duration: 10 weeks
- Target Race: St. Pete Run Fest Half Marathon
- Weekly Training Sessions At:
- St. Pete Running Company
- Northside Christian School Track
- Local parks, Boyd Hill, Downtown St. Pete, and the Pinellas Trail
What to Expect Each Week:
- Long Runs – Saturday mornings at rotating scenic spots around St Pete
- Speed Workouts – Wednesdays 5:30 AM or 6:30 PM at Northside Christian School Track
- Group Runs – Monday nights from St Pete Running Company
- Weekly Emails – Training plans, tips, and motivation delivered right to your inbox
